Tserdakia Villas – Sand Villa

It is part of a family development of four charming villas, built in an arc around a 5.5m x 11m swimming pool, on 4100m² of beautifully flowered land. Of very good quality, they are built in the Cycladic style, all in local stone on two or three levels. They each have their own name and have been decorated differently, with great care and taste. Very comfortable, they all have satellite television with plasma screen, a DVD player, a dishwasher, a dryer, an ironing board with iron. The largest of the villas has a washing machine and for the other three, there is a shared shed with washing machine .
Housekeeping and change of sheets and towels every three days. Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Tserdakia beach is 80 m away. It is a fine sand beach. There is a famous windsurfing club there. Imperative means of transport . Shops 2 km away. Restaurants nearby.

Sand Villa (4/5 people)

Facing the sea, on the left side of the swimming pool, on three levels, it has an interior surface area of ​​90m². Surrounded by terraces, one of which at the back of the house with barbecue built with table and chairs, it consists on the ground floor of a living room , with lounge area and dining area, tastefully furnished, with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher). The living room opens onto a porch terrace , facing the sea , with table and director chairs. Nice views of the sea and the swimming pool.
An internal staircase leads to the upper level where there is a shower room/wc . A few steps lead up to the master bedroom with double bed.

At the back of the house there is a shed with washing machine .

A security deposit of €350 will be requested upon your arrival by CYCLADES HOLIDAY RENTALS which will give it to you at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the premises.
