Pleasant house in blue/white colors, on two levels, bordered at the front by a garden. It is accessed by a private road.
At the entrance to the house, large partly covered terrace with  barbecue area (with plancha), large rectangular table built and covered with a beautiful slab of white marble 12 cm thick and built benches. There is also a shower room/wc.
Built on uneven plans, the house has two entrances. One by the kitchen accessible by a staircase and another by a terrace, partly covered, which borders the front of the house and which extends by a partly covered patio with built benches.

Level 0 : It consists of a pleasant living room : living room, with built-in corner fireplace, well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) with dining area. The room is bright with a lovely view of the sea, and respects the architectural tradition of the Cyclades : whitewashed walls, exposed beams and ceilings streaked with wooden slats painted in white wood, niches in the walls, old-fashioned tiling in rust tones.
Neat and tasteful decoration , nice furniture in the style of the islands while being very trendy. This is truly what you would expect from a holiday home in the Cyclades .
A few steps lead to the master bedroom (double bed) with its en-suite shower room/wc . Parquet floors, exposed beams, blue/white colors.
Level -1 : An interior staircase leads to the lower level which is on uneven surfaces.
There are three bedrooms there . One bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed, and the third with two  single beds and two bunk beds, a shower room/wc with a washing machine, and a storage room.

All bedrooms have air conditioning .

Housekeeping and change of sheets once a week  from a stay of 7 nights . Car park. Shops 2 km away.
Imperative means of transport.

A security deposit of €500 will be requested upon your arrival by CYCLADES HOLIDAY RENTALS which will give it to you at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the premises.
