It has an area of about 70 m2. The floors are paved with Paros grey marble. It opens onto a pleasant living room with dining area and American-style kitchen slightly separated from the room by a pass, and well equipped: fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker and toaster. The lounge has a private terrace with umbrella, table and chairs and a nice view of the sea and where it is pleasant to have meals. On both sides of the living room are two bedrooms: the main bedroom with double bed which opens onto the common terrace at the entrance and the other room with two beds which opens onto a terrace common to that of the living room. Next to the main bedroom is the shower/wc room with shed where there is the washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa bed in the island style and can serve as a fifth bed.
