Built on two levels in the years 1985, it was renovated in 2000, and houses an apartment (2005) for 4 to 6 people, 3 bedrooms and 10 studios that can accommodate 2 to 3 people. At the back of the central building are a newly built apartment (2009) with two bedrooms for 3 to 4 people. and a pretty building – on two levels – the Villa Afroditi finished in 2017 – which houses two spacious and bright apartments with large terraces and beautiful sea views.
All units are air-conditioned and have sea views. The studios and rooms upstairs have a better view. There are three studios with double wrought iron bed and a room with a double wrought iron bed.
Each dwelling has a private outdoor entrance and a shaded terrace or balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Rooms and studios have fridges, satellite TV, shower/toilet. All the toilets were completely rebuilt. The studios also have a kitchenette (heated plate, fridge). Coffee makers are made available to customers who wish to do so. For residents with rooms, breakfast can be prepared: a plaque for heating coffee or tea, and dishes for breakfast.

It is bordered at the front by a large terrace which is extended by a covered porch of about 35 m2 with dining area: table and chairs in teak and “lounge” corner: with coffee tables and “lounge” chairs.
The apartment furnished with a lot of research is bright and fully air-conditioned. It has an area of about 75 m2. It opens onto a pleasant well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, toaster, coffee maker) with dining area. It is tastefully decorated: pale yellow tiling, very trendy green curtains.
The kitchen gives access to a shower/wc room with washing machine and two bedrooms: one with a double wrought iron bed and the other with 4 single wrought iron beds.
The main bedroom is extended by a shower/wc room with yellow and white tiling. The room has satellite television, large built-in cabinets and a nice veil in orange and pale yellow tones. The other spacious room also has satellite television, built-in cabinets and a window door that opens onto the porch.
It is on the ground floor, in a small building located at the rear of the central building. It consists of two bedrooms (one with two bunk beds, the other with double bed), shower/wc room, kitchen with dining area (fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker, toaster), air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, terrace with dining area and sea view.
