The villas are divided into two units: one consists of three villas and its swimming pool and the other five villas and swimming pool and there is an entrance for each group of villas.
Each villa bears a beach or village name of Paros and has been decorated in a different way with an exquisite taste. WIFI access to all villas, daily accommodation. Two plasma-screen televisions, DVD player, mini stereo channel, safe in each villa. Non-smoking houses.

Possibility of bringing you every day between 8.30 and 9.00 in the morning to your villa of bakery products that you have selected for your breakfast, such as fresh bread of your choice, croissants, doughnuts, and others with the sole cost of the addition of the bakery. To avoid indiscretion, the products will be placed on the table on your terrace.

Built on three levels, it has an area of 105m2, and has three bedrooms (one of which is a mezzanine open to the living room), two shower rooms/wc plus 1 outdoor shower at the entrance of the house.
Level 0: It opens onto a nice, well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove with a ceramic glass plate, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker) and a shower/toilet.
Level 1. A few steps lead to the living room with fireplace and TV opening onto a terrace with table and chairs and direct access to the swimming pool.
In the extension of the living room, there is a bedroom à coucher with double bed 1.60×2.00m and TV overlooking a porch with table and chairs and a nice view of the pool.
In the middle of the living room a wooden ladder leads to the mezzanine room with 2 close bass beds (90x200m).
Level -1: it is on a level difference plan. It leads by a flight trick of steps on the one hand to a high-ceiling bedroom, with a built bed (2 mattresses of 90x200m), a large cupboard and on the other hand to a shower/wc room.
UNIT 2: A deposit of EUR 400 in cash will be required upon arrival by the person in charge of your reception who will give it to you at the end of your stay after checking the state of play. Cyclades Holiday Rentals not involved in the payment of these deposits, it will not be liable at any time
