Typical Cycladic architecture for these lovely “almost feet in the water” houses, finished building in 2010. There are six houses in two rows. Only five of them are to be rented. They have a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding islands.

Fully air-conditioned, they are on two levels and have an area of between 92 and 70 m2. and a near-similar layout for all houses. WiFi

 Level 0 is bordered by a large shaded terrace overlooking a private garden with external access.

It consists of a living room with sofa (two-seater bed) with a plasma screen television, well-equipped American kitchenette (fridge/freezer, oven with ceramic vitro plate).

 Level -1 (ground floor) consists of two bedrooms and a shower/wc room (or two shower rooms/wc).

The decoration is very nice: island furniture with light colors, pretty tiles, exposed beams in the living room

 The houses that are in row A have a better view than those of row B.

Each house is named after an island of the Cyclades.

Row A: two houses for rent: IOS and AMORGOS

Row B: three houses for rent: DONOUSA, MAKARES and SCHINOUSSA

RANGEE A

 Maisonnette IOS: it has an area of 70 m2. It is in the middle of the row.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other in L with two beds, a shower room/wc. Two additional beds may be added for the fifth and sixth person.

 Maisonnette AMORGOS: it has an area of 85 m2. It is at the end of the row.

At level 0, it also has a toilet/wc.

It has two bedrooms: one with double bed and the other with two single beds and each with its shower/toilet room.

RANGEE B

 Maisonnette MAKARES: it has an area of 70 m2. It is in the middle of the row.

It has two bedrooms: one with double beds and the other with three beds.

 Maisonette SCHINOUSSA: it has an area of 88 m2. It is at the right end of the row.

It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and its shower/toilet room en suite and the other with three beds and an additional shower/toiler room. An additional bed can be added.

 Maisonnette DONOUSA: it has an area of 92 m2. It is at the left end of the row.

It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and its shower/wc room in suite and the other with two beds and an additional shower/wc room. The house DONOUSA will not be rented for the 2022 season.
