This elegant three-level building, in white/grey colors, embellished with a superb bougainvillée, and lovely flowering and beautifully wooded beds, offers eleven onzeair-conditioned units that were completely renovated, in 2008, with an exquisite taste in a minimalist style. The predominant white is enhanced by brightly coloured keys. You will also find a gym, a small Jacuzzi pool extended by a pleasantly flowery terrace.
Everything has been done to ensure that the atmosphere is restful and relaxing. Breakfast service 12 euros pers (not included in the services) served in the rooms or on the terrace. Parking.
The units consist of six mini-suites, four suites and a superior suite. The bedding is of excellent quality, from the Coco-mat brand, designed exclusively from raw natural materials.

They have an area of 30 m2. Each of them has a terrace or a veranda.

The sleeping area includes a queen size bed and an island sofa that can be used as a bed for a child. Satellite television plasma screen. Safe.

There are four. They have an area of between 45 m2 and 55 m2. They each have two terraces. Two of them are on the top of the fair and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, and the island of Kimolos. Another is on the first floor with side views of the sea and the last is on the raised ground floor.
They consist of two rooms with exposed beams and white parquet floors: there is a bedroom with double bed and in the second corner sofa (2 beds), kitchenette (fridge/freezer, ceramic vitro heating plate, coffee maker, kettle), shower/wc room with Korres treatment products, magnifying mirror and dryer. There is only one. It is on the top floor. It has an area of 70 m2. Surrounded by three large terraces with a beautiful view of the sea and the surroundings, it consists of a pleasant living room (living room and dining area) opening onto two terraces including one shaded by an arbor of bougainvillée and the other with a superb view of the sea. In the extension of the living room is the kitchenette (fridge/freezer, vitro ceramic hotplate, coffee maker, kettle), two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with twin beds), each with terrace and balcony with beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area, shower room/wc with Korres treatment products, magnifying mirror and dryer. Adjacent to the living room is a shower/toiler. The furniture is tasteful, in beige and mole tones, exposed beams in rooms and stone floors of countries. Satellite television plasma screen. Safe. Extra bed for the fifth person.
