Surrounded by terraces, one of which at the back of the house with barbecue built with table and chairs, it consists on the ground floor of a living room , with lounge area and dining area, tastefully furnished, with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher). The living room opens onto a porch terrace , facing the sea , with table and director chairs. Nice views of the sea.
An internal staircase leads to the upper level where there is a shower room/wc . A few steps lead up to the master bedroom with double bed.

A security deposit of €350 will be requested upon your arrival by CYCLADES HOLIDAY RENTALS which will give it to you at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the premises.
