House 4 is called VILLA GAIA with superb view of the volcano bay
Approximately 45m2, it opens onto a pleasant vaulted living room , polished concrete on the floor, well-equipped kitchenette : hotplate, coffee maker, fridge, dining area, sofas each allowing one person to sleep and extends through the space sleeping area slightly separated by a low wall, with parquet flooring, built-in wardrobes and double bed with shower room/wc in Cycladic shapes.

Breakfast services served in the form of a copious buffet are included in the price. Possibility for non-residents to have breakfast: €14/pers.
