Paros - Molos - Tsoukalia

Between Marpissa and Naoussa , facing the island of Naxos , on the east coast, Molos is a superb bay with fine sand and shallow waters,   located between the hills of Kefalos and Antikefalos . It extends over 800m. and offers the visitor a magnificent panorama. .

When the north winds blow, the south side of the beach is a good “spot” for windsurfing.
The atmosphere is family . Two welcoming taverns will provide you with something to eat. However, no hotels, but villas, rooms, studios and apartments for rent.  Pleasant place to stay for families or snowboarders. There is a windsurfing and kitesurfing club.

At the right end of the bay, a chapel and a marina of fishermen’s caiques. Follow the track before the chapel on the right, to arrive at Kalogeros beach , with its wild beauty and its magnificent colors due to the clay, known for its therapeutic properties. At the edge of the beach a rock reigns supreme, from where according to tradition, a monk committed suicide and from where the beach takes its name (kalogeros=monk).

Tsoukalia beach   is located in the extension of Molos , in the northeast of the island. It extends over more than 800m and is alternated by a few rocky coves. It is also an excellent “spot” for windsurfing enthusiasts. The landscapes are wild. The interior is devoted to crops and livestock. The locals are very hospitable.

Ideal place for holidays with family or friends .
However, a means of transportation is essential .
