Sifnos - Platy Gialos

Superb bay located in the south-east of the island, fifteen km from the port. It is the largest sandy beach on Sifnos and also the busiest summer resort on the island.month of July/August. The atmosphere is mostly family. In addition, this immense beach of golden sand stretching for almost two km and lined with trees, has a very good tourist infrastructure – Shops – Regular bus service. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation. It is also the starting point for many hiking trails .
