Located on a plot of 5000m2 generously planted with trees, built with great taste in the Cycladic style, there are three of them and each has a private swimming pool and private parking . They are located less than ten minutes walk from Golden Beach and the bus station.

For villas II and III, in addition to a mobile barbecue, a built barbecue with shaded terrace, table and chairs, located outside the two houses, is available to residents.
Charming welcome from the owners . In each villa, tenants will find upon arrival: 2 bottles of wine (red and white), bottles of mineral water, tea bags, coffee, sugar, jams, honey, rusks.
Built on two levels and fully air-conditioned , it has an area of 100m2 and can accommodate up to 5 people.
It is bordered by a large partly shaded terrace with beautiful views of the sea. Well furnished with dining room and summer lounge , built barbecue, it is embellished by a pretty swimming pool (approximately 22 m 2 ) with deck chairs. .
You enter directly into a pleasant living room , nicely decorated with plasma screen television with satellite channels, comfortable sofas , dining area , extended by a well-equipped American-style kitchenette (fridge/freezer, stove with ceramic hob, espresso coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher). Next to the kitchen is a bathroom/wc with washing machine.
There are two bedrooms , each with en-suite shower room/wc : one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and another bedroom with three single beds , wardrobe and which opens onto a large shaded terrace with beautiful views of the sea.
The villa has a wifi connection . Daily cleaning, change of sheets and household linen every three days. Mosquito nets on windows and French doors.
Ideal for a family . Very good value for money.
