It first operated in 2004 . Built in tiers in the traditional style of the islands, local stone walls for the stairs, terraces and flower beds contrasting with the white walls of the buildings, it houses eleven charming apartments for 2 to 4 people all air-conditioned, comfortable and tasteful , television, CD player. Great care has been taken in the decoration which is both traditional and very fashionable . Each apartment has different colors.
They are of two types : apartments on the raised ground floor and those upstairs.
– Apartments on the raised ground floor: they areapproximately 45m², each with a bedroom in which there is a built double bed topped by a very pretty canopy, a living room with a built-in sofa bed (for one person), kitchenette, dining area with table and chairs, shower room/wc, spacious veranda with panoramic view of the surrounding area. Extra bed for the fourth person. Local stone tiled floors and wooden slat ceilings in pastel colors.
– Apartments upstairs: they are approximately 36m² (without the mezzanine). They are on two levels with a mezzanine (15 m²) with double bed (with separate mattresses), and on the ground floor another double bed (with separate mattresses) and topped by a very pretty canopy, alounge area with sofa, kitchenette, shower room/wc, spacious veranda with panoramic view of the surrounding area and the sea. Local stone tiled floors and wooden slat ceilings in pastel colors.
Reception with bar and lounge, breakfast is included in the services , very pretty swimming pool with a small children’s pool, snack bar, parking. Imperative means of transport .
Shops and restaurants 1km away, and the nearest bus station 200m away.
