It is part of a family development of four charming villas, built in an arc around a 5.5m x 11m swimming pool, on 4100m² of beautifully flowered land. Of very good quality, they are built in the Cycladic style, all in local stone on two or three levels. They each have their own name and have been decorated differently, with great care and taste. Very comfortable, they all have satellite television with plasma screen, a DVD player, a dishwasher, a dryer, an ironing board with iron. Facing the swimming pool and the sea, it was built on three levels. It has an interior surface area of 180m². It is surrounded by marble-paved terraces, and bordered at the front by two terraced porches . With the exception of the porches, the walls are whitewashed. Nice contrast of the stone walls with the white walls.
It is composed on the ground floor , of a very beautiful living room , furnished with great care and taste, with lounge which opens onto a porch terrace, nice for an aperitif and dining room, with kitchenette , separate of the part using a pass.Well equipped (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher) the kitchen is extended by a corridor, with storage, microwave and washing machine, which leads to the rear terrace where there is a built barbecue . The dining room opens onto a large porch terrace semi-enclosed by a stone wall with four openings with a pretty rectangular table covered with a marble slab and director’s chairs and a pretty island sofa. Nice views of the sea and the swimming pool. There is also a bedroom with two beds with independent access to the terraces.Niches in the walls highlight the Cycladic character of this lovely house.
Two interior staircases, located at the ends of the living room, lead to the upper level . The staircase, which is located next to the bedroom and the kitchen, leads to the master bedroom with double bed and large outdoor terrace with superb views of the sea and the surrounding islands. At mid-level there is a shower room/wc .
The other staircase, which is located near the main entrance, leads to the upper level where there is a bedroom with a double bed topped with a pretty white net canopy and a shower room/WC .
An internal staircase leads to the lower level where there is a shower room/wc and another bedroom with two beds. Possibility of adding a sofa/bed.
A security deposit of €350 will be requested upon your arrival by CYCLADES HOLIDAY RENTALS which will give it to you at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the premises.
