It is occupied by a large living room consisting of a living room with home cinema, a beautiful dining room extended by a kitchen with a very well equipped dining area: (ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, built-in oven and microwave, coffee maker, Delonghi espresso machine, kettle, machine for making smoothies, toaster, toaster, etc.). Quality furniture, exposed beams and wooden slats on the ceilings, pretty tiling. Toilet/toilet for guests.
The kitchen opens onto a large porch with two large tables and chairs… ideal for enjoying meals. The porch is bordered by a games room : ping pong, darts.
