Located on a plot of 5000m2 generously planted with trees, built with great taste in the Cycladic style, there are three of them and each has a private swimming pool and private parking . They are located less than ten minutes walk from Golden Beach and the bus station.

For villas II and III, in addition to a mobile barbecue, a built barbecue with shaded terrace, table and chairs, located outside the two houses, is available to residents.

Built in local stone , it is bordered at the front by a large partly shaded terrace and enclosed by high walls with beautiful views of the sea.

Well appointed:   dining room with mobile barbecue and summer lounge , it is embellished by a pretty swimming pool with deck chairs and parasols.

You enter a pleasant and spacious living room tastefully decorated with on the one hand a living room with sofa and comfortable armchairs , plasma screen television with satellite channels, local stone fireplace and on the other hand a dining room extended by a large kitchen well equipped (fridge/freezer, stove, espresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher) with dining area, which opens directly onto the terrace

A local stone wall with a central arch opening highlights the lounge area and provides access to the three beautifully decorated and bright bedrooms (two with double bed and en-suite shower room/wc and one with three beds ) and a bathroom/wc where there is a washing machine. A sofa bed can sleep an eighth person.

The villa has a wifi connection . Daily cleaning, change of sheets and house line every three days. Mosquito nets on windows and French doors.
