It is part of a family estate of four charming villas, built in an arc of a circle around a swimming pool of 5.5m x 11 m, on a plot of 4100 m2 beautifully flowery. Of very good quality, they are built, in the Cycladic style, all in country stone on two or three levels. They each have their own name and have been decorated in different ways, with great care and taste. They all have satellite television with plasma screen, a DVD player, a dishwasher, a dryer, an ironing board with an iron. Facing the pool and the sea, it was built on three levels. It has an interior surface area of 180m2. It is surrounded by terraces bend in marble, and lined at the front by two porches terraces. With the exception of the porches, the walls are limed. Pretty contrast of stone walls with white walls.
It consists on the ground floor, a very beautiful living room, furnished with great care and taste, with lounge which opens onto a porch terrace, friendly for an aperitif and dining room, with kitchenette, separated from the room by a pass. Well-equipped (fridge/freezer, vitro ceramic plate, built-in oven, dishwasher) the kitchen is extended by a corridor, with storage, microwave and washing machine, which leads to the rear terrace where there is a built barbecue. The dining room opens onto a large semi-closed porch terrace by a stone wall pierced with four openings with a pretty rectangular table covered with a marble plate and chairs staged and pretty island sofa. Pretty views of the sea and swimming pool. There is also a bedroom with two beds with independent access to the terraces. Niches in the walls highlight the cyclic character of this lovely house.
Two internal staircases, located at the ends of the living room, lead to the upper level. The staircase, which is next to the bedroom and kitchen, leads to the main bedroom with double bed and large exterior terrace with superb views of the sea and the surrounding islands. At mid-level is a shower/toilet.
The other staircase, which is located near the main entrance, leads to the upper level where there is a double bed room surmounted by a nice white veil bed sky and a shower/WC room.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level where there is a shower/wc room and another bedroom with two beds. Possibility of adding a sofa/bed.
You will be asked to make a deposit of EUR 350 on arrival by CYCLADES HOLIDAY RENTALS, which will give it to you at the end of your stay after checking the state of play.
